Sanjeev Kotnala is a Brand and Marketing Consultant with over 36 years of experience in the field. He has worked with the top advertising agencies and the client side of business.
Post his last corporate assignment as National Marketing Head- Dainik Bhaskar Group, he launched the independent Brand and Marketing consultancy- Intradia World in 2014. he works primarily with owner-driven businesses with strong Tier-II and II markets, startups and corporates.

Sanjeev believes that the client’s teams being nearest to a probortunity (Problem or Opportunity) are most capable of solving the problem or leveraging the opportunity. They have a better understanding, knowledge, experience and skillsets for the probortunity faced by the organisation. Hence, the best approach is innovative collaboration – to find solutions with cross-functional teams collectively. He strongly advocates investing into first understanding and defining the real probortunity before attempting to solve or leverage it.

Sanjeev offers deep engagement and direct involvement with the organisation and its team. He operates like a fractional CMO on Brand and Marketing problems and opportunities with a degree of involvement with the team and the projects.
Organisation’s Internal and External Perception Alignment.
Intradia World strongly propagates an aligned internal and external image/perception. The process involves understanding cross-stakeholder imagery and perceptions. For example, what does the retailer think of the sales team? What does the sales team think of the CEO? How are owners and the market’s perceptions of the CEO different? A thorough understanding of these perceptions helps drive corrective strategies to align the brand, organisation, and internal & external stakeholders – which cohesively impact the brand’s performance. It is a long-term assignment that takes 3-6 months and depends upon the organisation/brand ecosystem and stakeholder complexities.

- Story Writing. A new workshop designed to help people know the basic formats and ways to write short stories. It works in the format of initial online/offline interaction and initiation of a story to a format where Sanjeev mentors and helps the participant to complete the story. He also offers advice and a complete mentorship programme for writing and publishing the book.

- UNCAGING OF BOOKS. Sanjeev is a voracious reader and is the founder of ’50 Books Challenge India’. So, every year, towards the end of the year, he uncages books from his library, books he will not refer to again or read again. These identified books from his collection are then sent to potential readers asking for them.
