There was some time for the next session to start. And here was Dennis not only sleeping but also snoring. It was disturbing the person sitting next to him. It is impossible to sleep next to a guy snoring.
I think it was Kamal Oberoi who had the cordless mike. What he did next was childish but fully entertaining. He carried the mike to where Dennis was sleeping. He switched it on and left it before Dennis.
The slow snoring suddenly became amplified rumbling of elephants. It was rhythmic. Starting at a small pace, a simple walk, gathering dust and additional army peaking. Next with a dramatic shift taking a U-turn coupled with the sharp drop to pace. Deafening silence would hold its peace for few moments and then the elephants would go for another walk.
Poor Dennis he was not aware of what was happening till he woke himself. The amplified snores were too much for him too. He was disturbing himself. Trust no one told Dennis who kept the mike there.
